Training Manager   (Vacancy Closed)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and managing the overall training activities of the Group.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and development areas.
  • Develop training modules and programs that align with driving technical knowledge and behavioral competencies to meet individual needs and company objectives.
  • Deliver training programs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct training evaluations and assessments to monitor and track participants' readiness in meeting training objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate all training activities, including training materials, records, and data.
  • Develop a yearly training calendar and ensure effective execution of the delivery.
  • Supervise and manage the workflow and training of the field training team and training experts.
  • Periodically conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions to enhance training techniques and skills for employees.
  • Design and develop a career development competency-based framework for all employees in Operations and manage, communicate, and execute the program across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage the Halal Certification Team, ensuring the team is trained, updated, and compliant with relevant Halal certification standards.
  • Responsible for the training budget and monitoring the ROI on all training programs.
  • Responsible for management reporting on all training activities and programs, including the utilization of the training budget.

Job Requirements :-
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and Development role at managerial level.
  • Ability and experience in conducting and delivering classroom training, OJT (On-the-Job Training) and Train the Trainer programs.
  • Experience in F&B industry is preferable.
  • Knowledge of adherence to Halal requirements and managing related training programs will be advantage.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills.
  • People and service oriented.
