PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Responsible for preparing all beverages according to the orders placed by the customers.Ensure customers’ satisfaction by handling all bar transaction in a fast, accurate and efficient manner.Mix and prepare beverages according to prescribed recipes and portioning controls, referring to recipe cards and documented manuals as required.Responsible for identifying ways to constantly improve the beverage dispensing process.Responsible for preparing all fruits used to garnish beverages.Responsible for washing all glasses, serving utensils and equipment in the bars.Responsible for replenishing and maintaining the inventory of supplies in the Bar.Responsible for keeping bar area clean and well organized.Responsible for ensuring that all prepared hot and cold beverages and desserts are done according to the company’s standards of quality.Able to function according to the demands of the assigned schedule.Responsible for dressing correctly and smartly and offering professional and courteous service to the customers.Responsible for ensuring that a high level of personal hygiene standard is maintained at all times.Responsible for arranging bottles and glasses in the bar to form attractive visual displays.Responsible for ensuring all glassware are well taken care to minimize pilferages and breakages.
